Kindergarten meet & greet

I still cannot believe that Noah is in Kindergarten. My first baby is so big now! He was psyched beyond belief to start school. We had the opportunity to check out his classroom and meet his teacher. Then we had to see the cafeteria, and Noah loves Ms. Pam, the manager, for giving us cookies! We couldn't leave the school without going upstairs to see the media center. Noah met the librarian, who gave us chocolates and told us all about the library. He can't wait to check out books! Here are some pics from our tour of the classroom and school.

He spotted his cubby!

There's a little hallway between each set of classrooms, connecting the two. This is where the bathrooms are, so that the children don't need to wander the school on their own. Peace of mind for a first-timer!

Painting is one of Noah's favorite things to do, so he was happy to see that his teacher set up a paint center.

No Kindergarten classroom would be complete without the goldfish! There are five fish in Noah's class.

He found his desk right away.

Noah thought it was so cool that the pencils were already sharpened, lol.

Looks like there are 18 kids in his class. Perfect.

You can see all the chocolate on Emma's face ... lol ... she took about half a dozen chocolates from the library, and I didn't even notice until after taking this picture. Oops.
